My passion for fitness started at a very young age with dance being my main area of focus. Alongside working as a professional dancer I have now been a personal trainer and Pilates instructor in London for over 10 years and worked with a wide range of clients helping them to achieve a variety of different goals.
Being Stott Pilates trained I have a strong focus on alignment and using corrective techniques to give my clients a new understanding of their body and its capabilities.
My philosophy for living well involves adopting a holistic approach that is inclusive of all aspects of health and well-being, but more importantly can be maintained long term.
My intention is to encourage you to be the best version of yourself in all areas of life and to reach your goals in a fun and challenging way.
