Barre Classes

A Barre Class is a low-impact fitness class combining elements of ballet, Pilates and weights/strength training. It is great for improving muscle strength, bone density and posture. 

Barre workouts are generally low-impact making them easy on the joints, but the high repetitions and focused movements make it quite intense, challenging your muscles and building strength.
